What makes our country so great...
Dear fellow comrades and friends,
What makes our country so great is the opportunity to voice and respect each other's opinions. Hundreds bled and died in defense of new found liberties during our Revolutionary War. Since our Constitution was adopted, hundreds of thousands of men and women did the same not only in defense of that incredible document, but also for the sake of the freedom of millions around the world who did not have the capability to protect themselves--FRANCE and Western Europe, the Philippines, China, Southeast Asia and in Northern Africa during WWII and Somalia more recently.
While countries take great glee in demeaning us at times through their media and Socialist organizations, they do not turn down our help when it's needed.
I am proud to take a stand--much to the chagrin of half of my friends and most of my family. I will never back anyone that will be hesitant over the SECURITY OF MY COUNTRY and be willing turn that security responsibility to a third party like the so-called United Nations!
Some of you will disagree with me and that's expected....and that's fine. But ABOVE IT ALL, we are exercising the very right that we have earned...and I RESPECT YOUR DECISIONS.
Ken
