Here is a beautiful poem that a young lady sent to her father that is currently deployed with 2d Mar Div, 2d CEB.
My Marine
My Dad the few the proud he is a marine
If there's ever trouble first on the scene
My dad is always close to my heart
Even thou we are so far apart
My Dads job is to fight with all his might
To help keep our countries future bright
I will always be proud of who he is
