From CENTCOM: Zarqawi Statement Link
This is Sgt. Gehlen from the U.S. Central Command public affairs office. I wanted to give you a heads up about a new terrorist message we have posted at the CENTCOM website, http://WWW.CENTCOM.MIL . The post is a transcript of a recent video message by Al-Qaida leader Abu Mus'ab al-Zarqawi. You can find it in our section What Extremists Are Saying.
On 25 April, The Global News Network posted a statement issued by The Mujahidin Shura Council in Iraq [Majlis Shura al-Mujahidin fial-Iraq] announcing a new message from Abu-Mus'ab al-Zarqawi, leader of the Al-Qa'ida Organization in the Land of the Two Rivers (I.E. Iraq), and provided links to a 34-minute 4-second video statement titled, "This is a Declaration to the People."
We invite you to check it out and see if it is something that you can use on your site. Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you for your time,
Sgt. G~

This is a precedent, before this, websites that even had links to Muslim extremist websites have been blacklisted by DoD organizations. I think that this is like a breath of fresh air. Let the light of freedom of the press shine through. I believe the the US public is smart enough and tough enough to know the truth of what our enemies are saying.

The intensity of urban combat pervades this account of the men and officers involved. The compelling, gritty, profane, coarse "grunt" language, "in your face" attitudes regarding the "Muj" insurgents are contrasted with the tenderness of the encounters with the "hajji" children and citizenry. The accounts of casualties are handled with sensitivity and compassion for the next of kin (NOK) of the fallen Marines.
