This publication is prepared by the Coast Guard Public Affairs staff to apprise personnel of emerging policy issues as they appear in the news media. We attempt to use articles covering subject matter of broad interest to the widest Coast Guard audience possible, and are not able to include all regional articles that may surface. Questions, concerns and comments about the Headquarters NewsBreak should be directed to PA1 David Mosley at 202-372-4613 or David.B.Mosley@uscg.mil.
